Titanic Tour
Saturday 13 September, 1.15pm - 5.15pm
Experience Ards Tours will take you on a titanic voyage of discovery visiting:
- Comber, home town of Titanic’s designer Thomas Andrews
- Harland and Wolff, Belfast where the Titanic story began
- Belfast Harbour Office to see the table and chair crafted, for
Captain Smith which was not ready for Titanic`s maiden voyage - Belfast City Hall and the Titanic Memorial
Tickets: £15/£10 concession Refreshments will be provided
Tour departs from car park behind Ards Borough Council offices,
Frederick Street, Newtownards
Captain Hopkins Boat Tour
Portaferry, Sunday 14 September, 2.00pm - 4.00pm
Avast ye land lubbers!!! Come and join Captain Hopkins and his motley crew. Along with the first Lieutenant, they will bring you under the Kings Regulations and instruct you on your duties. As part of your training they will point out things of varied interest on Strangford Lough
Tickets: £10/£8 concession.
Refreshments provided after the tour in the Portaferry Hotel.
