- Credit and debit card purchases - Visa and Mastercard are accepted but please have your card ready when booking. There will be no credit card surcharge on telephone ticket purchases
- Please advise Ards TIC in advance if you require disabled access and we will make every possible arrangement to facilitate your needs
- Any available unsold tickets for evening performances can be purchased one hour before the event begins at the event venue
- Latecomers cannot be admitted until there is a suitable break in the performance, otherwise admission will be at the interval
